Two years building a business left me stiff and out of shape. Now I document getting it all back: running, climbing, padel, rings and whatever comes next.

About Ricardo

I spent two years putting everything into my business and almost nothing into my body. This channel is the comeback, filmed honestly. I’m not chasing one sport or one look. I’m learning to enjoy movement again, and bringing people along for every early run, missed handstand and first climb.

  • 8 Ways I move Running, Stairmaster, climbing, padel, gym, yoga, handstands, rings

The journey

No transformation montage. Just the real progression, the setbacks and what actually worked, one chapter at a time.

Chapter 01

The desk years

Long days, no training and a body that stopped cooperating. Where it all starts, and why I decided to change it.

  • Two years of long days at a desk
  • Baseline fitness tests on camera
  • Setting goals I could actually keep
  • Episode one of the comeback
Chapter 02

Running again

From struggling through short runs to talk-while-running vlogs and a local run club. The backbone of the channel.

  • Talk-while-running vlogs
  • Weekly runs with my local club
  • Every run logged on Strava
  • Garmin heart rate on every session

How I train

Not a programme to copy, just what keeps me consistent: easy miles, strength, one skill and something fun.

  1. Mon Easy run 5–8 km, conversational pace, often filmed
  2. Tue Strength & rings Gym plus ring support and dips
  3. Wed Climbing Bouldering session with friends
  4. Thu Run club Group run with my local club
  5. Fri Mobility Yoga, stretching and handstand practice
  6. Sat Padel or long run Something social, or the week’s long run
  7. Sun Rest Walk, recover, edit the week’s video

How I approach it

  • 01
    Mostly easy

Most runs are slow enough to talk through, which is handy when you film them.

  • 02
    Heart rate over ego

I train by Garmin heart rate zones, not by pace, so I don’t get hurt again.

  • 03
    One skill at a time

Handstands and rings get a little work most days instead of one big session.

  • 04
    Variety keeps it fun

Climbing and padel count as training. Enjoying it is why I keep showing up.
